Multiplication Flash Cards
Drill the times tables with an on-screen deck of flash cards. Each card shows a multiplication fact; tap to flip it and check the product, then move to the next card. It runs in the browser with nothing to print or download, so a few minutes of practice is always to hand.
The deck is shuffled fresh each time from the multiplication facts. Open the practice settings to focus on a single times table or a range of them, or to switch the deck to another operation.
The same times tables print as cut-out cards too. Eight cards to a sheet, index-card sized, with dashed lines to cut along and each answer on the back of its own card.
Frequently asked questions
Which times tables are covered?
By default the deck draws from the facts up to nine times nine. Open Change what to practice to narrow it to one times table or a smaller range, or to tick the 10s, 11s and 12s to widen it.
Do I have to print the cards?
No. Everything happens on screen - tap the card to flip it, and use the buttons below to move through the deck or deal a new one.
Does it work on a tablet?
Yes. The layout is designed for a phone and scales up cleanly to a tablet or a desktop browser.
Can I print these flash cards?
Yes. Scroll down to Print these flash cards, choose how many sheets you want, and download the PDF. Cards print eight to a sheet at index-card size with dashed lines to cut along, and every card in the set is different. Print double-sided, flipping on the long edge, and each answer lands on the back of its own card.
