Start with an empty ten-by-ten multiplication chart and fill it in, one fact at a time. A square is highlighted and its fact appears above the chart: type the answer, press Enter, and the square fills with the product. Get it wrong and the square stays empty, marked in amber so you can come back to it.
Because 7 × 8 and 8 × 7 are the same fact, answering one fills both squares, and the chart grows evenly on both sides of the diagonal. That makes the job smaller than it looks: 55 facts rather than 100. The 1s, 2s, 5s and 10s go quickly, and the squares left empty at the end are exactly the ones worth practising.
There is no clock and no way to lose. Tap any empty square to answer that one next, or let the game choose. The chart is saved on this device, so a few squares a day is enough, and a button under the chart prints a worksheet of the facts you got wrong.
