Frequently asked questions
Why does the 3rd grade pack review 2nd grade math?
A substitute cannot know where a 3rd grade class is in the book, and a teacher who is out sick often cannot say. Math from 2nd grade is safe on any day of the year: the students have met it, so no one has to be taught anything new.
Can I change what is in the 3rd grade pack?
Each activity is a page from this site: Two-Digit Addition and Subtraction, Addition and Subtraction Word Problems, Spiral Review Worksheets and Color by Number Addition. Open one from the list, change its number ranges or how many problems it has, and print it on its own. The pack itself stays as it is, so a substitute always finds the same four kinds of activity.
